the hotel sits close to tour bus stops and the cruise port, and that helps a lot. it is super easy to find. it is also near the conference center. everything is in reach!

fantastic stay with harbor views

i was grateful they accommodated my early check in so easily. the location proved perfect for attending my conference. the harbor view from my room was excellent. i found dennis in the lounge to be kind and very knowledgeable about british columbia wines
the only minor issue was that the gym equipment could use some updating. the treadmills are slightly older models. this did not significantly affect my workout. i still had a positive experience using the facilities.

the fitness center featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel includes an outdoor pool area with twenty loungers and a shaded section. guests can access a nearby food court and skytrain station through an underground tunnel.

my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. premium bedding and comfortable pillows ensured restful sleep. blackout curtains helped to block out the morning light. the room included a spacious work desk and ergonomic chair.

the concierge was helpful with directions and local recommendations. the hotel offers luggage transfer to cruise ships which is very convenient. breakfast buffet offered many options. the staff promptly addressed requests.

the hotel is next to the cruise terminal which is excellent for cruises. a park and several marinas are located nearby. the pacific centre mall is within walking distance. the area around the hotel safe area.
